Delivery

When can I expect delivery?

Most stock products can be delivered as early as next day! Specific delivery times are stated on each product page. 

Weekend and bank holiday orders from stock are sent next working day. 

Delivery times are usually between 7.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available on stock items; please  Contact Us  for further information. 

If the products ordered are not in stock or in the requested quantity we will notify you with an estimated delivery time as soon as possible.  

Custom made products are made to order and usually dispatched within 4 - 6 weeks. These delivery times are stated on these products; if not stated, please call us at 01322 388830 to confirm.

*Orders must be placed before 11.30am and be in stock for next day delivery (not including weekends). 

My products have been dispatched when will I receive them? 

Once your products have been dispatched, they are usually received the next day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Do you require a signature on delivery? 

Yes, all of our products are sent by courier or recorded delivery and require a signature on delivery.

What are your delivery charges? 

Our standard delivery charge is £12 for UK delivery. 

However, for bulk orders or items from specific brands, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Any applicable additional shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. 

Do you deliver to countries outside the UK? 

The standard Innobuild delivery charge covers most mainland UK addresses. Additional delivery charges apply to deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of White and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for these additional delivery charges prior to order placement.

Can I collect in person?

Unfortunately, no. Our warehouse uses modern inventory and logistics control systems, so we cannot allow individual collections.

Guarantees

What type of guarantee do you offer on the products? 

The guarantee will vary depending on the product, and applies only to product upon receipt, not during and post-installation. Please refer to the individual product documentation for further information.

Payment

How do I pay for products? 

Online 

You can pay for your selected products using our Secure Shopify payments online checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. 

Cards must be issued by a UK registered bank or building society. 

 

Phone 

We can also process your order by phone, please contact our sales team on 01322 388830, Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. 

If you would like to place a phone order out of hours, simply send us an email and we will call you back when we re-open. 

 

Bank Transfer / Post 

We also accept BACS payment and cheque, please Contact Us if you wish to pay using this method. Goods are dispatched when payment has cleared. 

Is it safe to pay for my products online? 

Yes, it is very safe to purchase products online from Innobuild using our Secure Encrypted Payment System. We are verified safe by GeoTrust Inc.

Are the product prices listed on the website inclusive of VAT? 

All products listed on the Innobuild website display the price without VAT. The total order value is calculated at the checkout.

Returns

Can I return my products?

If you wish to return any unused items please fill up the Return Form within 14 days of receipt.

Once we have received this information, we will email you your individual return number. 

We cannot accept any returns unless a returns form has been completed with the individual returns number. 

Payment of the return of goods is carried by the customer. 

Items that are made to a specific order will not be accepted for return.

What if my goods are faulty? 

Innobuild aims to provide products of a high standard and quality. However, if your item has a fault or defect, please inform us within 3 days of delivery by email to Support@innobuilduk.com.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a minimum order amount? 

Yes, when making an order with Innobuild we require a minimum order amount of £10.00 excluding Vat and the Delivery Charge.

What happens if there is a problem with my order? 

Innobuild takes customer service seriously. If, for any reason, there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues to your satisfaction, and as quickly as possible.

I want a fire safety product that I can't see on the Innobuild website? 

We have access to thousands of products from many suppliers. Please Contact Us as we may be able to source the product you are looking for.

Can you build a custom-made smoke vent? 

Yes, we can, Please Contact Us with the dimensions, material requirements and any other information you have and we will be able to send you a quote.

Can you provide installation and/or maintenance services if I purchase from you?

No, Innobuild supplies fire safety products and systems only. We can recommend companies who will install or maintain our systems and products.

What are your phone line opening hours?
