Chain Actuators

Chain actuators are electric chain drive systems designed to open and close windows in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. In the event of an emergency, they can be linked to fire alarm systems for smoke and heat ventilation, allowing for automated, fast responses for effective evacuation. 

A chain drive actuator operates by using a chain (or a combination of chains) driven by an electric motor to open and close windows, all managed through control panels or automated systems. Chain actuators for smoke ventilation should only be used in combination with window profiles or other vent arrangements that are tested following the relevant standards.
